Disneyland Dining Plan?

I hope that someone could answer this. I tried looking for it on the Disneyland website was not able to find anything. Do they have a dining plan similar to WDW where you get a table service, counter service, and a snack a day. We are planning on going there this April and was trying to budget money for food. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They only have a plan involving pre-paid vouchers that might, with good planning, let you come out even to what you paid. You don't get change for a voucher if you spend under the amount, and if you spend over, you pay the difference OOP.

The dining plan at DLR is inferior (IMO and many others here) to WDW's because:
a) It doesn't save you as much money
b) You get a set amount of dollar amount vouchers and when you use those vouchers you don't get change. So for example if you want to pay for something that costs $4.95 with a $5 voucher, you will lose 5 cents. That's not a big deal, but if you have run out of $5 vouchers, you need to either pay in cash (which defeats the purpose of a dining plan) or pay with a $10 voucher and lose $5.05 (which can add up significantly)
c) You can't use the vouchers at Downtown Disney restaurants

Thank you all very much for your answer. It is too bad that they don't have anything will the meal plan except the voucher and that does not see like a good deal. Thanks again.
