I have not been to Disneyland in 4 years so have a few questions.

if I have a scooter do I need a DAS?

if yes can I get it at a kiosk? Is guest relations the only place that has the kiosk map or can I get one at the information board?

can I go through the standby queue for smugglers run with an ecv?

DAS is not needed if you have a scooter, unless you have other disabilities that would prevent you from waiting in line. For rides where the queues are not ECV-accessible (e.g., Peter Pan), check with a CM at the ride entrance for the specifics. Some rides will give you a return time that is approximately the current standby time.

can I go through the standby queue for smugglers run with an ecv?

You should be able to go all the way through the queue and close to the ride vehicle, but may need to walk the last 10-15 feet or so. I used a power wheelchair and parked just outside the ride vehicle and walked to my seat; hopefully someone with ECV experience can chime in.

DAS is not needed simply for the ECV, and is unlikely to be granted unless you have other needs not meet by the mobility device. At some rides that are not accessible through the main queue, You may be given a “wheelchair return time” which is intended to prevent a backup of mobility devices at the alternate entrance.

Can’t answer about Smugglers Run in CA.
