Disneyland crowds - when will they go down (ie when will school start in 2007?).

We are thinking of going to Disneyland on Jan 3 and 4, 2007? What should we expect of the crowds at that time, compared to a week earlier? Or to put it another way, when will the adults return to work, and the children return to school, in Southern California?

I'm going the 3rd to 7th and looked up a bunch of school systems in SoCal. There seems to be a mix of schools that return on the 2nd and some on the 8th. Our system, in Arizona, is on the 8th. So it's still going to be crowded.

It will most likely still be pretty busy then. All the christmas shows are still going on and the park is open until 11pm during the week. Expect crowds.
