Disneyland comments from WDW vet

Wow... If I keep reading this thread, I'll end up canceling my Disney World trip. :-)
Just kidding! I have been wanting to go to a Disney a World my entire life!
I have gone to Disneyland more times then I would like to admit. Even though I go weekly (or more), I still have not seen everything in the park. The great thing about Disneyland is that there are so many little things happening everywhere that there is always something new to run into. About a year back, we were waiting by the restrooms for my wife and Handy Manny saw my son waiting and proceeded to spend about ten minutes playing with him. Little stuff like that makes Disneyland/California Adventure great!

I love them both. I feel like Disneyland is perfect for a weekend getaway and Disney World for a long vacation. I'd get bored in a week at Disneyland, but I'd go nuts trying to see Disney World in three days.

I hate World of Color. I know it's done the way it is so it can easily be adapted to whatever the latest and greatest film is, but it felt like a series of unconnected clips strung together into a Disney movie ad. It would have been so easy for them to put the clips in any semblance of order (hey, if we're going to call it "World of Color," how about starting with the B&W clips, then show some early color ones, then the 50s ones, a couple from the 80s/90s revival, then some Pixar and Disney computer animation? or show a few clips in a row with the same dominant color, red for the fight scene in the Lion King, green in Brave, blue in Frozen...) but as is, it's terrible.
