disneyland.com AP problem

Any APs out there who are having problems with the redone Disneyland.com/AP site. When I log in they ask me to register my AP number.
OK, I have been an APer for many years and have always been registered on the site. Still, I take out my card and try to register the number. For some reasons it won't take. As soon as I put in the number and click, it asks for it again. I try over and over again. No luck!

So I try calling DL. I get sent from one number to another department. I send an email and get no response. Anyone out there having this problem too?

I had this same problem last week. I sent an email to them and they finally responded a week later! Basically they told me it happens when you have more than one disney account linked to the same email. I have my dvc, ap, and disney movie rewards accounts. They are aware of the problem but have no fix

But...that's what they have been WANTING us to do. There are problems that happen with all those sites if we do NOT have them linked to one email address; their system desperately wants us to have it linked to one email address.

OP I would have sworn that I saw mention of this (maybe on the Premiere AP discussion thread?) and that the trick is to either put in some zeroes or get rid of the leading zeroes, or something like that? Check back back back in the threads on pages long since moved behind page 1, and maybe you'll find the trick...

Same thing happened to me. It is annoying but if I log in under my dh's account it works? Idk what is up! And I dont have any other accounts linked to my email.

This happened to me, too. But when I tried back the next day, it worked.
