I called two days ago and ordered a 6" cake. They only offered Chocolate and Vanilla, but I didn't ask about the Red Velvet (my initial plan).

Does anyone know how the delivery works?We are staying at the Grand but we don't have any dinner reservations made anywhere most of our food reservations are lunch and breakfast. Will they deliver to the room?

You can have it delivered to the room. When you check-in you can ask the front desk person to check on the cake and make sure it's there. You can either tell them what time you want it delivered or tell them to hold it until you call for it. They'll bring a knife, plates, forks, and candles for you also.
