Disneyland CA busy days etc...

We'll be visiting California for the 1st time in August. We've purchased the Southern California city pass, can anyone tell me the best days to visit the following parks or the days to avoid

Universal Studios
Disneyland
California Adventure
San Diego Zoo
Seaworld

I have posted this on the SoCal board but I'm not sure if they like to plan like us Brit's do

As Universal and the Disneyland Parks attract more locals weekends tend to be busier so I would choose a week day to visit if you can. Also with Disneyland and California Adventure you can park hop really easily between the parks so you could do both parks together for 2 days rather than one park on one day and the other park the next.

For Universal if you can afford it I highly recommend doing the VIP tour. You get front of the line access all day, even after you have left your guide for the day. Plus you get to see loads of extra things that the regular tram tour does not take you to.

If you have time Knotts Berry Farm is a fun park to go to too, they have some great rides there.
