Disneyland By Train

Can anyone give advise on getting to and from the parks from the Amtrak stations. It looks like either Fullerton or Anaheim are the best bets. Is it easy to catch a cab from either? Where is the best place to catch a cab when leaving disneyland?

From what people have said, the Anaheim station generally has cabs in front of it in the morning. I know Fullerton does (it's a busier station than Anaheim in my experience). Cabs would be cheaper from Anaheim since it's closer to DL than Fullerton. I think at DL, you'd get a cab on the Harbor Blvd side of DL--they have a transportation center there and I think that's where cabs are and where all the various hotel shuttles pick up and drop off.

My kids take the train from the Anaheim Station to San Diego on a regular basis. There are always cabs out there waiting for passengers. It's only a 5 min ride to the DL Resort, so I would take a cab rather than waiting for the shuttle that comes by.
