SAME! I forgot that one. My dad has been it, and so has my brother, but never me.
We deduced that they take everyone's picture and a CM selects one, it's not a special seat (since my dad and brother were sitting in different spots, different rows even, when they were picked). So we try and make faces to make it more likely that they'll single us out. It hasn't worked for me yet....

The only time I was the rebel spy there were only 3 of us on the tour.

My family figured out the trick...when you enter and sit down you need to buckle up immediately, keep your glasses off and stare straight ahead. We have been testing this out and 8 out of the last 10 rides one of us has been picked!
