Disneyland booking website

I have been trying to book a hotel and tickets package over the Disneyland.disney.go.com website for a few weeks now. However after I have selected my hotel and my ticket options and put them in my shopping cart, whenever I try to check it states my cart is empty.

It looks like I would be able to check out if I only buy the tickets, but I really wanted to get the package. Has anybody else found this latterly or is it just me?

What web browser are you using? I've heard Chrome has issues with the Disney web system. Try Safari or Firefox if you are using Chrome..

I have tried with Microsoft Edge on my laptop and Safari on my tablet.

I will have a think about that one, I have some saved passwords that I would rather not be deleted until I am sure I will be able to remember them all!

I am not asking about cancellation terms. I just can’t make this website work.

I had a look at deleting my cookies and it mentioned deleting passwords, but if that is not the case that is certainly an option.

Edit: no it didnt work. I just can’t make this booking. Has anybody been able to proceed with a booking lately?

I made my original hotel reservation on the DL website, then when the Fall 2024 discounts were announced I couldn't seem to apply them to my reservation, so I called DL and the CM I talked with was soooo helpful. Got everything changed and an email confirmation in my inbox within minutes.

I hate to tell anyone to use a different method than they prefer (and we don't know whether @Maisiemop is outside the U.S., which could make a phone call expensive), but this is far from the first report of trouble with Disney's IT systems. It might be time to give up and go to plan B.

I don’t want to call as I am not US based and recently paid about $200 to call the US to change the night of an event, due to the call queues. I would have been better off just booking the different night,

Same.. On Chrome. I usually end up calling, anyway.

Clear your cookies or if you dont know how use a private window that works sometimes. Sign in and then add and buy.

Also try using costco travel. Same price but comes with a $200+ gift card

Sometimes I find that using my phone and using the app (which when booking hotel packages will take you out of the app) to book things works better. I was trying to book tickets (using multiple types of browsers) today and it wouldn't let me add lightning lane but when I did it on my phone though the app it was fine.
