Disneyland Band

I'm able to find the times for Disneyland Band, but none of them seem to show Sleeping Beauty Castle as a location. I've seen pictures of them in this spot and was hoping to snap some cool photos with the castle in the background. Do they not perform there any longer? Or are those times unposted?

Also, for the showtimes on Main Street, are characters always involved with the band for those performances? Or only for select performances?

Aww, that would be a shame if they stopped. Do you mean the adult band or the summertime All-American College Band? Now I feel so bad thinking about how cool that picture would have been with Sleeping Beauty Castle in it.

Usually unposted because they always seem to catch us by surprise!

No characters usually with the band when they march down Main St.

Hmm...last time I was there I think they always played at the castle around 11 am or noon...can't remember which or if it was both even. Definitely caught them there once or twice. Was usually posted on the paper schedule though, not sure about the online or in-app ones. I don't know the current schedule since I haven't been since the end of March.

I was just there 6/15-6/19 and took a picture of them in front of the castle. No characters. They were playing a Star Wars medley. Let me see if my pic has a timestamp. There is also the Fantasy land Jazz band that plays in front of the castle with Mary Poppins.

This was last Saturday in front of the castle at 12:30. I asked at the info booth what time The castle character show would be. The band plays a few quick songs on their own, then the characters come out, then Mickey and Minnie lead the band, with the other characters following, up Main St and to the train station. It’s very cute!

While the band plays several times throughout the day on Main Street, once a day they do this (Happiest March on Earth), usually around noonish). Starts at the castle and ends in front of the MS train station. Both are fun places to watch.

It is exciting to follow behind the band and the characters from the castle down to MS. Just like being in the parade, you really feel the Disneyland Magic.
