Disneyland App

I have been to WDW many times and know how to utilize the MDE app very well. I have downloaded the Disneyland App and attached all the pertinent account info. My question is that on the MDE app you can add friends and family in order to coordinate fast passes and such. Is that possible to add friends and family to the Disneyland App. TIA!

Yes...you can create "groups" linking everyone together but in DL you have to have Maxpass which is an up charge to manage all FP's digitally.

Scan their ticket into your app, then you can select FPs together. Tickets can be scanned into multiple apps. Remember, tickets can only be named once so the first time a ticket is scanned into any app name it.

Just remember...DLR doesn't have FP+. They have Maxpass, which lets you select FPs (similar in theory to how it's done in MDE, but with some key difference - namely you cannot select from multiple time frames), but it's a paid service.
