Disneyland App Question

I have the Disneyland app on my phone and keep searching everywhere on it, but I can't find my friends and family. When I use my same login on my computer, I do see them there. Do I need to connect them somehow? I would just like to be prepared beforehand that way when we get to DLR I can get maxpass for everyone all at once. I feel like an idiot. Thanks!

Try this - click on your character (account), select "Get FASTPASS with Disney MaxPass" then "Link a ticket or pass." That worked for me -- if that doesn't work, call customer service. I had an issue with an ADR and they were able to fix it over the phone. GOod luck!

Thanks, I'll try that! I can do that beforehand, correct? It won't activate the tickets yet until we get to the gate?

Yep - my tickets are stored in my phone and haven't been used - you just need the numbers

Go to the app, click your icon at the bottom, click My Tickets, then click the little plus sign in the upper right hand corner and you can add them!
