Disneyland app only showing empty white box after logging in

Hello,

I have a problem with my Disneyland app. After logging in, it only shows a blank white box as shown in the picture. I have a hotel reservation and park reservations for December but I can't access it from the app. I have no problem logging in from a computer. Anyone had this problem before? Thanks.

I have been having problems too. I get a mostly blank page when trying to make an Oogie Boogie Dessert Party reservation. Maybe it has something to do with the Crowdstrike issue? That's an uneducated guess though.

I'd uninstall the app and then re-install it. Sometimes there are glitches with the updates.

It's happening on my ipad and PC as well. It's not just an app issue. It's so weird.

Tried logging in on my wife's iphone and it's the same thing.

If you are experiencing the same thing with the same account in multiple devices on different platforms, it is most likely an issue with your account that will need to be fixed by Disney itself. I recommend contacting their support.
