Disneyland App- Magic Band tile will not open

Hey all! My mom and will be arriving tomorrow, and we're planning on using our Magic Bands for ticket entry. I assigned my ticket to my band via the app, no problem.

On my Mom's app. The Magic Band+ tile won't even open. It just says "Loading Admission" until it gives us and says selections can't load.

We've tried restarting the phone, clearing cache, and deleting and re installing the app. Everything else on the app is opening and working fine.

Anyone run into something similar before and know how we can troubleshoot this?
 
Update: I chatted with a CM via the app chat, who asked for the MB+ ID and which ticket I wanted it assigned to... but then just linked the band to my account. Not really what we wanted and didn't resolve the issue of the tile not opening, but it'll do the job for this trip since I can assign the ticket. Sigh.
 
I'm sorry! I was trying to figure out how to help last night but my tech savvy is sorely wanting. I was hoping there would be someone who would explain what you needed to do because there are several very knowledgeable people on the board for such things. One would be DLgal, but I've not seen her around in a while and I'm hoping everything is ok.
