Does anyone know if the Disneyland App gives accurate information and times about where specific characters are going to be or is it better to just ask a Cast Member on the day. My adult daughter really wants to meet Flynn Ryder and I know that he and Rapunzel sometimes meet at the Snow White Wishing Well. Has anyone encountered them there and if so at what time? Thanks

We’ve found that they seem to be out after their shows at the Royal Theatre are done for the day. If they have shows in the morning, you can usually find them for a few hours after roaming. Sometimes they just roam though and it can be hard to pin them down for a photo. We once ran into Flynn in the AM before the show and got a selfie with him though.

If you see the show and stick around after, they do come out and take photos! Same with Belle.

Usually though, I’ve found the app to be pretty spot on and they’re good about updating it if a character is not there that day. Though they do seem to like to keep some as a surprise and some may not be on the app.

Thanks so much for replying. I have also just heard that the Royal Theatre's performances have now been cut substantially. Would love it if someone could check out the schedule and post it here. I believe it is only running a few days a week and only a small number of shows on those days.

It usually isn’t every day. They’re still doing the normal amount of shows though unless they are short performer(s) from what I’ve seen, or if it’s a crazy rainstorm and things get wet. It looks like from looking at the Disneyland site they’re dark Tues-Thurs. Most shows end up being dark Wednesday Thursday that we like to catch so we avoid those days and usually end up leaving on Sunday or Monday so we don’t always catch Royal on its dark days. I follow a lot of Disneyland pages and people post pictures of the showtime board often and it seems to be the full 6 though sometimes it’s all Tangled or all Beauty and the Beast.

Thanks so much for your input, appreciate it. We will be there for seven days the first week of December so we will have plenty of time to catch it but this helps me plan which days to allow for it. Thanks again
