Family of 4 going to Disneyland in December, from Sydney Australia
Looking for a 2 bedroom place or room with a seperate kids suite within close walking distance to disneyland.
Don't want to pay the earth.
Any ideas????:confused3

Howard Johnsons (Hojo's) are just in the process of making kids suites.

We have one booked for October :)

www.hojoanaheim.com is the website - you could see what the pricing is like (I think on there it says king suite with bunk beds).

Thanks for the info. I guess I just ring the hotel directly and book the kids suite?

Yes! Call 714-776-6120 probably during the hours 9am-5pm PT and ask for In House Reservations ~ be sure to ask for the Dis Boards discount ~ 15%!

I would highly recommend the Howard Johnson also. AND you will also get the best rate by calling them directly. There # will be on their website. Be sure to mention the DIS boards to get 15% off.
We also have the 2 bedroom suite booked for later in the year. It is pirate themed and also has 2 bathrooms.:thumbsup2

This has all been extremely helpful - particularly the maps from "cruise".
Thanks!!!

is it better to buy the tickets and room seperate? Or just to buy the package?

Does anyone know what their 'kids suite' will be like at the HoJo? Or what a 'good deal' on the kids suite at HoJo would be? We're hoping to go late Sept but all the dates I try looking at for the king suite (figured the price might be comparable) were full.

Do I have to call to get the kids suite prices (I'm not sure when the kids suites open officially).

Also - what is this about the Entertainment book rate? We have APs, so we don't need a package, and we're AAA members - is the Ent rate going to be better than say calling the hotel directly, priceline, AAA, or such? I'm so confused - we usually just stay at DLH, so researching good neighbor hotels is exhausting!
