Disneyland 2004 point chart?

Does anyone know when the point charts usually come out for Disneyland? We are planning a trip for January 2004 and can not book until the new charts come out. I called MS today and was told this. I asked if they had any idea when the charts would come out and they said no . We really wanted to get this booked, but I guess we will have to wait.

By the way we closed on our first DVC opurchase yesterday, now we are real owners. YEA
