What you think? Will it be insane? I kind of don't even care! With all the blackout dates, it could NOT be, right?

Also, anyone know if Target is doing the 10% off and will it count on Hoppers?

Touring plans only has Saturday as a 6 since all passes but the top ones are blocked. Of course saying crowds will be lower at DCA.

Touring Plans is known around the boards for not always being right when it comes to Disneyland crowds. Last year the week before Christmas with the blackouts was unexpectedly very very busy so I am expecting the same this year. Two years ago we had a lot of rain that week so that played into the lower crowd levels then. Friday 12/23/17 the parks were deserted after 6pm cause it was raining pretty badly just about every ride was a walk on except a select few with minimal waits.

It will be INSANE. Please note the use of all caps there. I went week before Xmas last year when most APs were finally blocked and the place was jam packed. 30 mins Little Mermaid around 7pm, 25 mins for Monsters Inc. I waited in the Monsters line, the estimate was accurate. The wait times rivaled Xmas wait times. The parks were so packed on Tues I believe it was, Disney extended all park hours to their latest closing times for the rest of the week.

The crowd dynamics were different. People were almost all newbies so they didn’t have the little stuff down. Like the beignet line at Mint Julep Bar only had a couple people in it.

My suspicion was people finally had the spending money to take their families to Disneyland because we did the same timing the year before and it was a lot quieter!

Well then that sounds great for me because I don't care about riding Mermaid but I want all the snacks HAHAHA! We are doing it no matter what, I NEED the fix. The girls found out about Santa already, so this is the replacement gift instead.
