Sorry for the late follow up. They basically acknowledged that they were having system problems and it should work its way out. And it did. Took a couple more days and I was able to get in again

No worries, they actually sent me an email last week acknowledging the issue and telling me it was resolved, and it is working now. The email still takes a few minutes to get to me but I can at least get in!
