disneydirect codes-keep trying!

I read about the 20% off code at disneydirect.com (finalwin20) and the 10% code (newyear2005) last night and eagerly went to the website to place an order. The site would never allow me to get past the shipping info page, even when I didn't stack the codes. I called and spoke to four different (two were verging on crabby) cm's in two days before I got someone who would put through both codes for me, but I finally got through to an amazing cm. She was not only happy to give me the 30% off, but also gave me the discount on the Incredibles DVD, which wouldn't have been discounted on the website! The best part is that after hearing that I would like the princess costume trunk to be delivered for my daughter by the time we leave for our trip to DW in one week for the princess breakfasts that we will be surprising her with, she gave me complimentary fed ex delivery!! Yay! Unbelievable! Just keep trying--and remember to be very nice from the start. I think it really helps.
