Disneyband+ Purchase Issues

Any helpful hints on ordering DisneyBands+? All the travelers are connected to the reservation. I’m already a week into the 45-day window. I’ve spoken to IT three times and they are always super friendly and “fix” something in my account. Still no luck. The purchase link goes to the info page. The info page leads you to the reservation page. The reservation page has the purchase link that takes you to the information page so frustrating. We really wanted the DCL styles rather than the MagicBand styles. Calling DCL I’m referred to IT as you can’t order them over the phone. Thanks for any ideas.

Are you using Chrome as your browser?
I had a similar problem purchasing a MagicBand+ at Disney World.
Try the following:
-Use a Secret Window
-Delete browsing history data
