Disney World Wedding Annual Pass

Hi there my fiancé and I are getting married in Disney World and we received a gift from Disney they were annual passes for us, we just have some questions we hope people can help us.

we go to Disney every year and we always get the park hopper passes with water park as well.

we are just wondering can we still fast pass with these annual passes? online and in the parks?

will we receive the new magic bands?

can we use them at the water parks or do we have to pay for those tickets?

if people can give us any other information or good tips pls let us know

We got married at Disney this past March. We activated our annual passes last November during our Planning Sessions. Since we were doing a lot of wedding stuff in the mornings (meeting with our vendors, tasting, hair and makeup) we utilized my Disney Experience (online) to do fast passes towards the end of the day after we were done.

will we receive the new magic bands?

We got magic bands because we booked rooms prior to our Planning session. We got new magic bands before we got married because we wanted ones that matched our wedding colors.

can we use them at the water parks or do we have to pay for those tickets?

We actually asked Disney about this when we redeemed our Annual passes. They are not included and you'd have to add that as an extra to your pass.

We still have 3 day left on another pass we bought years ago with no expiration.

We don't live in Florida so we really wanted to get the most out of our Annual pass. We used 5 days during our Planning session and 4 days during our Wedding.

I have an annual pass-- a few months ago they opened up FP+ to AP holders (though if you don't have a resort reservation you don't get 60 days before you get 30 I think online), but when it opened up it gave you a magic band in your account you could customize. I don't know about the water parks, unfortunately.

Water parks are not included.

With an AP you can buy the TiW card for food discounts.

With an AP you can get a discount in some shops.

With an AP you can buy special pins.

Reading up online they do mention that you can upgrade the AP to the Premier Pass that includes the water parks etc .. You just have to pay the difference which I believe it just over $100 each. Pretty good deal if you ask me!
You just have to make sure you activate the pass first, then upgrade.
