Disney World weather in February?

It's really simple.

Mid October through March, pack summer stuff with some sweaters and long pants.

April through September, forget the sweater and long pants.

Always be prepared for rain. Always.

And Midwesterners and Canadians will burn without sunscreen even if it is overcast and 50F. Don't argue, pack the sunscreen.

We’re also going to be at the Fort in early February. We’ve been to Disney in Dec/Jan twice now, and as others have said, the weather can be all over the place.

The first year we were there for late Dec and early Jan. The day we arrived it was cold, rainy and dreary. Literally both Christmas and New Years days it was gloriously in the 70’s, then back to 50-ish and dreary.

Last year we were at the Fort trying out a new pretty large tent, and figured our usual heater would be fine for nighttime’s. I froze my patootie off; I think there were a few nights into the 30’s. It got into the 60’s during the day, if memory serves.

I’m a northern Michigan girl at the 45th parallel, but I’ll tell you there’s something about the cold down in Orlando that just chilled me to the bone. Maybe due to humidity? I dunno.

My personal experiences are to pay attention to weather trends and future forecasts, pack layers but also warmer jackets if you’ll be out at nights, and windbreakers. Nothing like being subjected to a 50-ish, low 60-ish, rainy, dreary day, and getting on a Disney bus blowing cold air down your back.

I was there mid-March this year and it was cool enough some days that I wore a lightweight long sleeved shirt all day. I did get to the pool one afternoon for a bit. Agree with the 'bring layers' comments.

My upcoming trip to Disney World is in early February. I am going for 7 days. I have typically go in September but we had to postpone this one a bit. I didn’t think much of the weather, but how cold does it actually get?

I’ve watched a few videos and some of them recommend even bringing hot hands. Google is saying the lows this time of year are in the 50s, which doesn’t sound like jacket weather.

I don’t plan on going to the parks all day either. Maybe just a few hours in the afternoon before the sun goes down. I’m assuming I’ll be at the parks during the highs, which are stated to be in the 70s. Is this accurate, and I’ll be able to get by with my normal short-sleeved shirts, or should I bring a long-sleeved shirt or two?
Even I can't always predict exactly what Madame Leota will conjure up in the skies, but I can tell you the rain if any will not be as often as the summer. It should be a comfortable and pleasant window of time for you to visit. Just a very light jacket, nothing too puffy. No need for warm gloves or Hot Hands either.
