Disney World Resort holiday package resevation

Hello, i have a little question about my next trip to WDW
So, we are planning a 8 night stay onsite, with 8 park days, but the holiday package creator just let you purchase park tickets for nine days. My question is, if I reserve the hotel, and then purchase the tickets separately, will I have the benefits of staying onsite? Such as EMH, advanced FP+ reservation, etc

Yes. Staying o site = staying onsite. You wouldn't gdt any package-specific perks, like free miniature golf or themed luggage tags (even those are even still provided.

Unless it’s some kind of special offer through your TA, you should be able to adjust the number of days for the ticket in your package. It seems to automatically default to include both arrival and departure days, but I can adjust it shorter or longer.

Okey but, how you do that? When booking the package, I cant find any way to adjust the amount of days in the park tickets

Are you using the WDW site? The US site or a foreign one? (I ask because you use the term "holiday" which makes me think you are from overseas.) This is the screen I see when booking a package:

If you are using a non-US site, or booking through a TA, it may look different.

Oh, yes, that is the problem. Im actually from Spain, so even if I enter the US site, when I have to book the package, I get redirected to the Europe (Or Spain, I dont know) site, in which you only have the option to buy tickets to every single day of your visit. Well, I think I will book with a VPN activated. Anyway, thanks for your help
