Disney World Minecraft help!!

I’m going to sound totally clueless here…because I am.

My son wanted the Disney World Minecraft and he had a great week at school so I bought it for him as a reward. He cannot figure out how to interact with the cast members to get on the rides and I know literally nothing about it. We’ve tried the obvious rebooting the app.

Can anyone out there help? He’s so sad and I can’t find anything via Google.

DS says, "Right Click."
But, if his app is mobile & that doesn't work,
try tap or doubletap or hover on character
and tap box that appears below.
If that doesn't work your DS may have to recreate the world.
