Hi all. I was just wondering out of curiosity- how many of you write journals or keep some sort of record of your day-to-day Disney World activities on vacation?

I'll obviously be writing a trip report (since I've already begun my PTR) when I come back from my trip to WDW, but I don't want to write the full-blown report while I'm there. So I was wondering how many of you take journals while you're on vacation? I'm bringing one to keep track of the details of the vacation, for example.

How in detail do you go? Do you record times, or the outfit you're wearing, etc.
and when do you write it? As you go along or at the end of the day?

ALSO- for those who electronically record your travels on an iPad (since I'm bringing mine), do you have a certain app? Or do you just use notes?

When I wrote my TR, I typed the jist of what happened during the day at the end of the day on a google doc, putting things in like insert this picture here. So I pretty much wrote my TR during my trip so I could remember what happened. Excited to read your trip report! I haven't actually written one for my last few trips, but the link to the one I did actually write is in my signature, and what I did was I had a notebook and I just wrote a list of everything we did, what we ate, etc, but just bullet points. Then if something weird or funny or cool happened I'd make a note to the side, like if a CM made a comment or something. As far as outfits and stuff, when I do trip reports I basically take a picture of everything we do and stuff- it makes it way easier to remember everything that happened! Hope this helps!
