We just found out that two of our guest will not be using the food plan for 2 days of our 4 day plan How can we use their points early since we know this ahead of time?

Credits are not assigned by day - they are all available on check-in. If you are all staying in the same room, all of the credits should be available for everyone staying in that room.

The dining credits are for each night of your stay, not days. Everyone in the same room, the credits are pooled together. Dining credits are available from day of check in until 11:59 pm on day of check out. You are free to use these credits as you see fit. (One day, you want to eat only snacks, it's okay!!!!)

At the bottom of each receipt, it will show total credits still available.

Let's say there are 4 of you and you're staying 4 nights on the regular DDP. That means you have 16 TS, 16 QS, and 32 snack credits total. You can use them anyway you like, anytime you like from check-in until midnight of check-out.
