Disney World Family Vacation Video!!

We take our three kids to Disney World every year, as we want them to experience as much magic as possible while they're still young. We've documented with plenty of photos and wonderful memories, but this year is the first year we've taken any video. My husband worked for a countless number of hours (weeks and weeks, hours each day) to put together this amazing video for our family to enjoy forever. I hope you'll enjoy it, too.

I'm not saying it's on the same level as bosox2001 or the Wolf family videos, but I do think it's fun and very sweet. Feel free to share it if you'd like, as Brandon worked so hard on it that I think everyone in the whole world should see it (but I'm a little biased...hehehehe).

I have to thank everyone on the DIS for teaching me so much about Disney World, which allowed us to have such an amazing trip!

I loved watching all of bosox2001's videos and I have to check out the Wolf family videos. I just watched yours and it was awesome. I am so glad that I found this post because once I saw the video I was thinking "I've seen these kids before" lol. I remember you guys from a TR. I hope I can make a great video like this after our December trip. I guess until then I'll keep getting ideas and keep enjoying the TRs and videos of others.

I get what you mean by people asking why you go every year. We get the same thing. Some people just don't get it. But for those of us that do, your video says it all

Thanks! It really was all my husband's work, though I helped him with watching/labeling all the clips, music selection, and clip placement.
He used Adobe After Effects to edit it. It was our very first attempt at editing a video at all (we just got the video camera a week before our trip!), but luckily he is a pro at Adobe PhotoShop for both his real job as a Civil Designer for an engineering firm and his side venture as an amateur photographer, and he found that After Effects was so similar to PhotoShop that he could use it pretty well. The only thing he struggled on was audio mixing, but I'm sure he'll get better with practice. For a first video, we're pretty proud!

I agree that it is so important to have special experiences and make memories with your children while they are young because they grow up too fast. I wish we lived closer so that we could take our kids to WDW at least every other year; but I am glad that we had at least one trip while they were all young. Thank you for sharing your memories!

Very nice thanks for sharing! We went 1.5 years ago when my boys were 2 and 4.5 y.o. On the way home, I was planning the next trip because it wasn't out of my system. We are going back in 4 days. About 6 mths ago, DH asked me if I think it'll be out of my system this time. I said yes. Now, I just don't know.

Okay, so I'm at work (should not be on the DisBoards - LOL) and I have tears streaming down my face. What a fantastic video! Your hubby did a great job and your family is beautiful!

We have three kids too and sometimes I am so stressed I feel like all we do is constantly correct them and tell them behave, quit fighting, etc. This video reminds me that they are only little once and I should totally treasure this time in my life!

We have had amazing trips to Disney too and if I ever win the lottery we will be going more often. Our family plan is to do Disney every other year and this is our year!!! Can't wait to go in November!
