With 2 little ones so small, my honest recommendation is to definitely go to DW, BUT cool it with going to the parks etc. I'm sure you won't do this b/c you think a 2yo really needs to get the most out of the characters etc (i know this based on all the toddlers in strollers in mk), but in reality a 2yo is more than happy hanging around the baby pool at all star movies or pop century. It's true. That way when he/she gets tired, it's easy to wander back to your room, and let them sleep. A rested child is a happy child and in turn has a happy parent which leads to a good vacation.
By all means, go to 2 parks over a few days, but there is no need to drag the kids around for the full day (it is not worth spending the adult entry cost unless you go at least for 1/2 day) for the week.
We were just at disney in february, my ds is 1 and my dh and him just stayed around pop and other disney resorts for the week.
My dd(6) and I went into mk, but that was it. She wanted to go swimming and play around the resorts. We did go to dtd and to a character breakfast, but we had a really relaxing holiday. And we spent a full 8 days there.
I've learned these things only b/c we dragged our then 2 yo dd to the parks with us, and it was tough b/c she got tired and we spent a whole lot of cash to get in there so she better have a good time, or so that's how I thought.
Well our last laid back holiday was by far the best.
So my advice is go to maybe 2 parks, just for the mornings, do not go if the kids are tired, go after naps, follow the cues of the kids so you and your dh don't have a really difficult holiday.
Enjoy the heated pools, enjoy the surroundings of disney, there is lots and lots of time for the kids to ride the rides and experience the full magic.
And that will also save you some cash b/c admission into parks is hefty.
Enjoy your holiday!!
