Disney World and Disneys Hilton Head.

Hello, this is my first post. I was thinking of staying 5 days in Walt Disney world, probably at Old Key West and then driving up to Hilton Head and Staying at Disneys Hilton Head Resort for 5 days, Has anyone done this ? And if so how did it go ? Thanks.
