If that's the WL Vicki, I can see why you would want to go there! I have never seen it. I lived in O-town so never needed to stay at WDW but looks like now I have a good excuse.

Life has been completely crazy. I have been interviewing to find my replacement. I know...it's tempting to pick a bad person

Tonight my DBF and I are ordering in Chinese and playing Yatzee. Sounds exciting doesn't it. DS is with dad tonight so I think I will relax. We are headed to Daytona Beach tomorrow for my parents. Getting a long weekend in on the beach. I will have a drink for you both. while working on my tan. I love grandparents. they are the greatest invention ever!!!!!

I will try to post this weekend. If not, talk to you all on Monday!

I just came back from a dinner at work recognizong the employees. I have been there 10 years!

We are making our POR ressies tomorrow and cancelling Disney transfers since we are renting a car!!!!!!!

OK, thought I'd head back to this enormous thread to see where people are staying the night before. Lucky I didn't have to sort through 15 pages! Looks like Orlando resorts. I'm considering Ron Jons or Disney Vero. Maybe if I get it all figured out I can forget about it for a year. This wait is almost painful.

DD wants to stay at POR so we are going to stay there and come in Friday and spend Sat at POR.

26555, its good to see you post here again. Looks like you've been posting since you last visited us. Glad to know you're still out there and on the boards. While the wait IS painful, we're here to support each other until embarkation day gets here. So, keep on posting with us while we dream up all the fun things we're going to do on and off the Wonder.

Just got off the phone with DCL they credited our account with the airfare and transportation cost!!!!! Boy did that price drop!!!!!!!

My parents new house is beautiful and a hop skip and jump from the beach. I have decided we will stay here before boarding. probably will take about 25 minutes to get to the port. Now to decide when we get off the ship. I really want to go to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. This year they have a ton of specials for September. If they have that next year, I think we will get off the ship and spend two days at WDW. I know you are suppose to do the opposite but we will buck the norm. Looks like we will stay at WL. Especially since I get to pick

Well, I am heading to the beach with my cousins and aunts. My mom has 4 sisters and 3 are here with their daughters.

You will LOVE WL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lots of pictures if you want to see them!!! That is my favorite place!!!!!!! While there you have to eat at Whispering Canyon!!!

The WL looks awesome. If they have any deals next year we will do it. The beach was awesome today. No sharks It was perfectly sunny then the clouds rolled in and we had a horrible storm

Sounds like you totally made out Vicki Glad you get to come down before. This way you will be here and can get to the port early to enjoy the ship. After lunch you will find my family at the Mickey Pool the day we leave.

Heading out to Stonewood's. This is an excellent restaurant. We don't have them in SC so I always make sure I go on my visits. They have them Orlando as well. I highly recommend them!
