Parrot Cay is where we will go then head over to the Mickey pool so the kids can slide before the madness begins. I have heard they try to force you to go to BBB but if you insist (which I am very good at  ) they will let you go to Parrot Cay... :lmao:

I didn't care for BBB first boarding. It was o.k, but maybe Parrot Cay's better. So, what do you do? Just go PC instead of BBB and say, OH they told me to come here? I'd really like to get to the pool early, but I don't know how we are going to do it. You can get a fast lunch at the food place by the pool too I think. Not a 100% sure. Does any one know???? Whoops, maybe I should delete this part of my post.....

NO FOOLING, IF YOUR AREA DOES DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME, TURN YOUR CLOCKS ONE HOUR AHEAD SAT. NIGHT.

Luv2Travel
, maybe you could find a church near the Port Carnaval/Orlando area via internet and see if the church has a website you can look at their service times. Maybe that could help you plan. We'll be traveling w/our bible(s) but aren't sure of the chances of us getting to church that early in the a.m. before boarding.

**i'M super tired, I just looked at my own almost double post. So, to save myself, i've made some changes. good night all.

*runs to her Passporter to scribble a note about eating at Parrot Cay after boarding*

Me? Compulsive planner? I don't think so. We take one Disney vacation a year, and I only spend about nine months planning it. I take three months off after the vacation for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and then I pick up vacation planning again in January. We *did* book our cruise in April '05, but I swear I didn't start planning until January. I swear. *runs off to see if that's true and if anyone can prove it's true*

On a lighter note, we now have our dining itinerary planned for the land portion of our trip. Seems we're eating in Epcot a lot. Thank goodness for park hoppers! We picked Blizzard Beach at last for the water park we'll visit. This vacation is sounding really full! I hope we don't get burned out! And I hope I can get some really good airfare. :wizard:

Post the question on the main DIS DCL and someone will answer, I'm sure.

For our trip in 2003 which was my daughters first trip we stayed for 16 days. I planned for over 2 years! My family thought I was crazy and so did my co-workers especially when I said only 1000 more days!

16 DAYS!! Wow-that would seem to give you enough time to see just about everything..it must have been nice not having to "rush" to see things....

It was soo nice! Like you said we didnt have to rush! Everything was laid back and it was the best trip. We even went to Crystal River and swam with manatees which ended up being the highlight of the trip!

I just want you all to know we're o.k. Our state was effected by a big storm last night. Strong wind currents, hail, rain,...

We're safe.

We're safe. We were on our way home from Taco Bell and we thought we heard a fire engine, but it was the Tornado warning siren. Got home and hunkered down in the basement for a couple hours.

Glad you guys are OK...I would much rather deal with a hurricance than a Tornado.... Do you listen/own a weather radio?

no, but we should, do you have any recommendations?

Go to any RADIO SHACK or the internet..for about $35.00 you can get a weather radio that will automatically notify you if hazardous wether is in your area. The NWS broadcasts use SAME tones (specific area message Encoder) which are tailored to your area. You do not have to be listening. An alarm will sound when your area is in danger, and you can take appropriate action.

Every Home should have one..Being a weather Geek..I have one on my desk at work and in my bathroom at home. I also get email alerts on my computer..
