Tae Ja--I would try someplace like Linens N Things for dishtowels. I don't really know, most of mine are hand-me-downs from grandmothers.

Sometimes you just can't beat the quality of the old stuff.
Captain Logan--my son is totally into video games, but forget him,
I want Kingdom Hearts II! It's almost enough to make me buy a PS2--but not quite, because I don't have the money.
So, everyone, pray for me. We just got home from Disney on Ice. I wasn't going to go--why spend the extra money? We'll be at the parks in just 5 months--so I passed up the opportunity to buy tickets through Girl Scouts. But we ended up going, so we had to get tickets at full price. That worked out, though, because we had excellent seats. BTW, I was very impressed with this show, I've been to Disney on Ice a few times before, and I'd have to say that this one was by far the best. Also, the elephant and the carpet in the show are very, very similar to the ones in the Aladdin show at California Adventure. And I'm happy to report that our Ariel did not "die".

Anyway, at the end of the show, the characters indicated that the kids should come up to the ice, so there was a mob. My daughter for some reason had the characters pass her over, and she didn't get to shake their hands.

She was in tears! I explained that she gets to go to Disney and meet the characters so much more than most kids, and she said, "But they don't have the Fairy Godmother there!" She wanted to shake hands with the Fairy Godmother! She was really broke up. So I promised (I know, stupid, but what can you do when your little girl is crying?) that I would see to it that she got to see the Fairy Godmother this fall. I heard somewhere that the Fairy Godmother is at Cinderella's Royal Table, so I thought I'd try to get reservations--of course, we all know that reservations have been open for nearly a month now, so it will be impossible.

But I've got to try! Keep your fingers crossed.
