I think there are just so many people on the roads, and everyone is rushing to get here or there, that it's really not safe. You have to watch everything and everyone all the time. Not an easy concept for a kid.

I totally know what you mean Lisa! Plus kids are crazy so of course their driving is too!:rotfl:
Well I must be off...I feel like I've been sitting at my computer for forever!:rotfl: Night Lisa and Suzanne!:goodvibes

Well I certainly won't be logged on at 6:30 like I was today. I wake up at 5:30 to get the boys up. Sometimes I try to go back to sleep 'til Teia has to get up.

I get up at 6:30 with Angelina and the other 2 get up at 7:30.

I am going to turn in now. Well lets hope tomorrow is the day and we can coorrdinate our dates:sad2:

Oh trust me I know about all the idiots on the road! And how bad old people are at driving!:rotfl: And of course the teenage ones too!:p:rotfl:
We're ALWAYS in accidents. I was home for fall break in the beginning of October...accident. Totalled the van. Last june (05)...my parents and Hayley and Holly were in an accident. Totalled the saturn. And as I hear it everyone thought SOMEONE was gonna die in that one!:scared: :sad2: And that's only going back to 05...:sad2:

My dad is one of those annoying overly-cautious people who has never had a ticket or been in an accident. It's frustrating 'cause my brother and I have already have one of each and we get these truly annoying 'holier than thou' lectures..

Nite Suzanne. I look forward to developing a game plan! Have a good one! :goodvibes

He should be thankful! I really don't want to lecture Logan but I still think he needs to be taught. He's never had any kind of driver's ed, it's all been on us. I try to point out things as we go along. :goodvibes

My parents didn't teach me how to drive. Which is partially why I get so annoyed when I get a lecture. I was taught in 2nd period drivers ed my sophomore year of high school. And didn't get my license until September of my senior year! Two days after I was licensed, though, my parents took off to the beach for a week and I got the true experience of being out there on my own.

OF course, WV isn't FL..

Nobody really knows what time

I'm not sure if it a "set in stone" time for Thursday, that's the time that was given by someone, who said someone else was "in" the know. It remains to be seen what happens tomorrow. :confused3

After today, I wouldn't hold my breath until the announcement is made, "officially" that is. :rolleyes1

Haha :rotfl:

It was great. (:scared1: ) Because it was when Hurricane Charly hit (I think? Some hurricane.) and we had MONSOON type rainfall.. and I'd never even driven in the rain. I ended up not going to school a couple of days because I didn't want to drive in it. The vice principal actually called for my parents and I had to explain to him that I wasn't comfortable driving to school in rain so crazy I couldn't even see the road.. :upsidedow

I have to go to the hospital in the morning for compressions.. anyone had to do that? :rolleyes1
I hope I don't miss the announcement!

I just found this new thread when I signed on:

Disney was taking waiting list requests for Summer 2008 sailings on the Magic but apparently the list was too long so this was discontinued in December 2006. The site was mousesavers.com.

 :cool1: :woohoo: :cheer2:

Dude.

West coast??? Hmm. We might need to rethink our June date then. How great would a repo cruise be though? Probably out of my budget.

What am I saying PROBABLY for? It is most ASSUREDLY out of my budget! :rotfl: but I can dream

They (meaing someone on the DIS) figured out awhile ago that DCL had contracted with the Port of Los Angeles. It'd be awesome to do one of the Panama Canal cruises but it's way out of our budget. That's why we're still waiting to see what (if anything) the Wonder will do. If there are no 7 nights, we may opt for a back to back.

I am off to read if anyone knows about the Wonder....

A glimmer of hope:

I just called DCL and was told that all 4 night cruises in summer 2008 will have an additional day at CC (CC, Nasau, CC). Lost the day at sea but more fun on CC. :cool1:
