:rotfl: It was a good thing! :teeth:

excellent... man, it was entirely too short. there was one point where i didn't really feel like it was all that short, but now, boy i wish it had been longer!

That's funny that you found her door. I am very curious to see if anyone met her. :confused3

I will feel like a total buffoon if I did and I don't remember.

hehehehe well i hope you're not a buffoon!

haha yeah, 7 nights is great. that was the first i did, then we did 10 nights. last labor day i actually was on the dvc cruise, with my parents and we kept saying how short it was. just all i could think about one of the days when i was taking a shower was man this cruise isn't even half of my next one! :lmao:

but i never felt like it was really short during it. i think what helped is that most cruises, castaway cay is the last day. and it's so sad and all. but this time there was a day at sea last. so i think that changed it up a little and i wasn't aware of how short it was

I tried really hard not to focus on which day it was. I wanted to take it all in and enjoy every second without thinking, oh no, this is it...

Now I understand why people opt for the longer cruises when at all possible! There's still so much left to do and see!

I just read this at ALLEARSNET

Disney Cruise Line News -- Beginning October 2006, all staterooms will be stocked with H2O Plus Spa bath and shower products. In addition, all cabins will also be upgraded to Sealy Posturepedic Premium Plush Euro-top mattresses, new pillows and Frette 300 thread-count, 100 percent Egyptian cotton linens. Larger, more luxurious bath towels and bath sheets are being added to all stateroom bathrooms, as well.

I thought the bed and sheets were the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Wow, yeah that surprises me about the new upgrades to the linens! I thought that even the towels, for a cruise/hotel like industry were a pretty nice size.

I ended up with the DIS Tag Game mousehead thing :)

hehe yeah... there is way too much to do and see. just like you can't go to disney world for less than a week :rotfl:

yeah i don't think i ever once thought 'this is it'. maybe that's why i didn't realize how short it was. just enjoyed everything as it came

I got sick on the last day and thats the only day it really hit me that it was ending. There were all these things I wanted to do (We never swam!) and I kept thinking "Oh, I'll just do it tomorrow.. it's okay to go back to the stateroom and rest" and then I was like "OHNO! There is no tomorrow!" and I made myself get up and go do stuff but I was sad :(

I went to that site too, and printed the release. I think it's awesome that we can do that. I might use that pic of my three kids for my Christmas card this year. It was taken too late for me to order them on board, or I would have. I forgot to look for one pic of Teia with Aladdin. I'll probably skip it anyway, but at least if I really had wanted it, I could still get it. :thumbsup2

We took the ones my Mom wanted to Walmart today and they asked if they were cruise pictures and when we said yes they said OK and we dont need the release!

sugaswim said:
you don't get to see the picture before you order it??? how is it supposed to know who i am and what i look like?

That's what I asked too! Luckily we had a picture of the one we didnt get but if you dont I dont know how they would know. I think there's a 800 number maybe they would know.
