I can't believe how much I have missed since last weekend! Like the old days

Looks like after scrimping and recovering from all of this year's disasters (plumbing....new flood insurance....cruise *cough*) we will actually be able to make a deposit when it is time to book the cruise for 2008! Woohoo!

I have been up to my elbows in handmade truffles for the last few days, which taste fantastic but are a right pain in the neck to make. Hope everyone's holidays are WONDERful! Or I guess now I should say MAGICal!
