I say, I'm going to try the cheesecake too. I had the creme broule (sp) and I think I'll try the cheesecake this time around.

Is that because he knows you like him in a suit and wants to "get some" as TaeJa put it? :rotfl:

What night are you going to Palo?

He knows he will get some regardless, especially since I ditched the birth control! :rotfl:

We're going on Nassau night, so we can see Nassau at night from the windows. We're going with April and Steve (the noobs who only posted ONCE here, stinkers) whose reservation is 30 mins before ours, so we're going to be at the bar around 6:30 or so. I think.
What night is formal night? I can't keep it straight yet. If it's not the Nassau night, he can wear the suit again :thumbsup2

martini flight? Wonder what's in that?

Can't remember right now - I read it somewhere......think it's 3 small martinis, and I remember one of them being chocolate. You just go in and order it.

Trying to find the info.....will post if I do.

Yay Dawn, :cheer2: you finally got someone to take your pic! You and your outfit look great!

Ok, I finally found it - it was this crazy cruise report that I loved!

For $15 you too can try the martini flight... five miniature martinis that are still big enough in size that you can easily share them with someone you love. They were all very tasty indeed, and dear reader, I don't know if it is possible for you to end up more annoyed with me than I am with myself right now...but I lost the sheet that described each drink. From what I remember there was an Appletini (too sweet - Jason had to finish that one), a Citrontini (mmm...just the right balance of sweet and sour), a Cosmopolitan (always a safe choice), a Blue something-or-other (it was made with blue curaco and it was actually pretty good but I have no idea what it was called), and a chocolate martini...defies all possible description other than glass-licking good...go get your own and grab another for me while you're at it.

Diversions it is!

I love trip reports like this one. :thumbsup2 RoyalVizer wrote one about his cruise and I was in stitches.

According to my wife, one of her parts may be closed that week for maintenance, however, it is not a closed loop system that would prevent the other parts from operating when one or more parts are out of service :thumbsup2

you are too funny! :rotfl2:

Yep! Mine is 6'1"......and I'm 5'3" :teeth:

this is funny, my ex-husband is 6'2 and i'm 5'3, it was never a problem, I loved that he was so much larger than me.

As for robbing the cradle, when we got married he was 26 and I was 32.

I don't think the reason he left me was because he was tall, or because he was younger than me.

Despite his breaking my heart :guilty: ..... we are still good friends and talk nearly every day.

I would still go for a tall guy and wouldn't care if he was younger than me, but since I'm 34 now, 16 would just be too wrong. :lmao:

good luck with your crush Patsy!

I love to lurk on this thread, y'all are just a riot! :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

So can someone give me a consensus (sp?), please? NO JACKETS (for the men)?? What about a button down long-sleeve shirt and tie? Just how dressy is everyone going to be on semi-formal (or whatever it is called) night?

Also, WAS THAT A YAY OR NAY TO BRINGING GOOD JEWELRY ON THE CRUISE? I think I only go a couple of replies on that question. I'm only talking about my engagement ring, not the Hope diamond or anything.

Oh, and I like the 9:00 am meet at Cove Cafe for goodie bags (if it's before we disembark for Nassau). :thumbsup2
