My understanding from the boards is that the Cove Cafe is fairly desserted in the morning.

We have planned on 9am the Nassau day in Cove Cafe.

If you cannot make it, several of us are willing to get your stuff from you and then get the bags back to you prior to dinner on Pirate night

OK, great, thanks! For some reason I didn't think the time was officially set although I remember Cove Cafe discussions. Maybe it could be placed in the Pirate Goodie post thats on the first page in case someone goes there to refer to the meetings and times that have been set up. Maybe it already is and I missed it. I think I can make 9am even though getting off the ship when it docks. I can at least start and drop off my stuff even if can't complete the bags.

what's illegal in WV? SC is under 16. You know we have to account for the farmers :lmao:

Haha.. we've got Coal Miners, ya know! Luckily, I don't live in that part of the state. I live in the part that is slowly killing everyone because of all the contaminated water (C8/Dupont!) and air from the plants.

I guess he's not *technically* illegal. He'll be 17 in October.. :rotfl:
It just seems rather wrong to me.. as I'll be 20 in April. I feel like I'm robbing a cradle or something... I need to hightail it outta here! :moped:

I looked up the Age of Consent Law for WV and I was wrong, it IS 16 as long as I'm not 23... and I tend to think that governs everything in that type of field.
O well, who knows what will happen... :rolleyes1

We are in Palo's that night. My dad and Kevin will not be wearing jackets.

I know flame me. I just think it isn't necessary. They are both wearing dress slacks and button down, collared, long sleeve shirts.

I was trying to decide and leaning toward not taking one. Last time we ate at Palo's and I took a suit...We have a lot of luggage and a suit holder would add another piece.... :confused3 :confused3

My boy is 6'3" and a doll! Don't you just  tall men!

My brother is 6'3" and up until now I haven't really been around anyone taller.
I looked at Alex when I first met him and my head hurt. :rotfl:
I finally asked just how tall he was and then asked how old he was and I was like... Oh..my... god. That was a scary moment in my life.
That boy is ONLY going to get taller..

Send all the pixie dust you can afford :rotfl:

pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: One word of caution though-sometimes a woman can drink to much and start to feel all "me-so-horny" and because of all the alcohol, some southern region body parts don't work properly :lmao: ::yes:: There are five martinis per person at the tasting. they are smaller but still potent from what I understand.

Don't worry really fun mom we will take care of it for you. :thumbsup2

I know, thanks! It sounds sort of fun, though, coffee and goodie bags, I kindof don't want to miss it! I'm a recent coffee buff (grind own beans, use french press - still a novice, really) and I am sort of all about fun things for kids..... well, at least I think I'm a really fun mom! haha. Funny, I actually hate bday party goodie bags, everything about them, making them and getting them. Too much crap already in my house and when throwing a party think the party and cake and activities should be enough. But these PIRATE goodie bags, well, they seem cool! I shouldn't have done the math though, and will keep it from DH. I guess the cost of the kids bags is what you order to contribute divided by the number of kids you have and get bags. Think it works out to $45/bag and they could have a MNNSHP ticket for less! Again, stop it on the math!

If I was your wife, (well, I would be a lucky lady but that's beside the point) I would tell you to skip the suit. I think vacations should be relaxing and since I grew up in South Florida where no one dresses up (cause it's just too hot most of the year) I truly believe you can look nice and not have to be in a suit.

My motto: the taller the better. I dated a guy in college that was 6'10" and I loved it. He smoked and that grossed me out so I had to stop seeing him (no offense to smokers on here)

My brother is two years younger than me. I came home from college one time and he had a friend staying over since they were going out and getting back in late.

Well, I stroll in after a night dancing and partying and run smack into the hottest 17 year old boy I have ever seen. Can you say Calvin Klein underwear model :thumbsup2 I had two twins in my rooms so they were sleeping in there. He had a pair of boxers on and nothing else. I about died.

Oh, wow. All my brother's college friends are kinda crazy. Only one would have been dateable..

But man.. if Alex is already 6'5".. he's definitely going to keep getting taller... maybe he'll even reach 6'10" ;) ;)

As for robbing the cradle.. I don't know. We'll see if anything even comes to that.
I told him I'd go to a movie with him the other night after work.. he got off at 7:30 and told me to call him.. I was like 'No, just come back if you really want to go."
He was back in 45 minutes looking rather spiffy and waited on me for over an hour to get done at work.
I think he likes me..

I don't think Calvin Klein boy was dateable but he was definitely good to look at :rotfl2: :rolleyes1 ;)

Hmmmmm, Alex sounds like a pretty smart kid.

Okay, to be frank if my son at 17 brings home some hot 19/20 year old I would probably have a fit right there. But since Alex is not my son, I guess I can still be a sick, sick, sick woman

Haha yeah.. I don't really know the whole parental reaction thing because my own never paid attention to who I dated. I've never dated anyone my age.. they've all been at least 3 years older than me.. I think?

Sooo I tend to think that YES they would be rather upset at my age and this is going nowhere but it's still fun ;) We can be sick, sick people together.

I'm off to work.
He's there.. sooo we'll see if anything else happens tonight..

According to my wife, one of her parts may be closed that week for maintenance, however, it is not a closed loop system that would prevent the other parts from operating when one or more parts are out of service :thumbsup2

Don't fear, my dh won't be packing a jacket or suit either.
