PLus I gotta post when I get engaged

Well, I'm already committed to California next year, so we won't make it.

But I'd love to hear about you guys and your cruise! And I need to hear when Kerry gets engaged...I need closure!

We were realllllly busy. Last Friday before school starts... I didn't talk to him much but he kept whining to me about how tired he was because I kept him up all night talking.
I told him he was a baby. I went to bed four hours later and worked two hours earlier...

We both close tomorrow night. It's Parkersburg's homecoming, so it will be slow. I might get to see some fireworks tomorrow night if we get done early enough!

I really don't know what is happening or what I want to. I think too much. No sleeping = waaaay too much time for thinking.. I hate it. I rarely ever just 'live' my life without over analyzing every decision before I make it... so I don't know how far I might let this go. Probably not very.

He's fun, though.

Oh My God!!!! I had a dream last night about meeting you in the terminal. You tapped me on the shoulder and said "Kerry?" and I said "TaeJa?" Then we laughed and hugged. I introduced you and Brandon to the folks and Kevin then totally blanked on the kids names!!!!

I woke up telling myself to review Lisa's cruiser's list on the way to port so I can try to remember everyone's names.

BORING! life is short (I know hard to comprehend at 19) if you think about every little thing than you might miss out on some great experiences.

You might be looking at this wrong. Don't hang out with this guy looking for a lifetime partner (I firmly belive a man should not get married in his 20's) Hang with him because he makes you laugh, treats you nice and makes you feel beautiful. Sometimes relationships are part of transitions, they aren't meant to last but it doesn't mean that can't be meaningful and fun.

Kevin kissed me when I least expected it. He was giving some speech about how we were friends and he didn't want to mess anything up and how I just got out of being married and didn't want a boyfriend and he was a one woman kind of guy. yada yada yada yada then bam-he kissed me. We were very casual for months and months (I was enjoying being single ) then one day I just realized I loved him. That was it.

My ex-husband fit some perfect mold and in the end he didn't love me for who I was. I overthought that one and regret it (except for my son of course)

I, unfortunately, will not be able to do a reunion cruise unless we do it after I graduate college...

I've decided no more vacations until I pay off my credit card debt (textbooks! GR) and student loans..

sounds like a good smart plan.

Awwww... It's in my nature to overthink everything. It's really annoying and I try not to but it's hard. I worry too much, I think a lot of it stems from being so independent and feeling like I'm the only one looking out for me-- my parents never paid attention to my friends or boyfriends so I was always really, really careful because I got hurt really bad by some people and I didn't want to repeat that experience.

I'll hang out with him, for sure! In no way am I looking at this as a lifetime partnership thing, I have trouble with relationships in general (my last boyfriend talked about marriage and I flipped out and bailed on the entire relationship. Haven't seen him since Valentine's Day when he tried to give me a promise ring.) The thought of commitment, at this point, scares me! I've got so much going on right now-- working to pay for school. I'm determined to get that degree and I know a relationship would make that even harder on me.. so I'm careful. Really, really careful.

Oh, I think I like him.. I know I do. He makes me smile and thats rare. But I don't know how much of that is him or just the attention I'm getting.. I'm pretty shallow when it comes to stuff like that..
