I didn't tell you what the Boomerang channel was....its where they show Yogi the Bear, Scooby Dooby, Mr. Gorilla, all the retro cartoons we remeber before they were retro.

they've been playing pink panther a lot lately... i love that cartoon! i have a whole dvd set of them. but i was watching the other night and they had this cute little dragonfly cartoon. so i asked my parents if they knew what it was. they didn't so i had to look it up. does anyone else know this cartoon (it was part of the pink panther show, like the ant and the arddvark, which is probably my favorite part of pink panther...) i have a picture of the dragonfly. he's so cute! he was always running from a bird. i think it was called crazylegs crane or something like that...

Holly what are your thoughts on the snorkle gear. There's been threads that say, bring your own do you really want to share potential koodies? However, dCL probably cleans the gear inbetween use. Then others say buy your own. This is the only time I'm going to snorkle for a loooooong time. Would it even be worth buying my own gear. I'll probably be buying it wherever I can get it cheap. What are your thoughts?

well i'm bringing my own just cause i have it. last year i just rented the snorkel stuff. they do clean the stuff off so i highly doubt you could get something... it is disney after all. i snorkel with their stuff in typhoon lagoon all the time. and if it's the only time you're going to be snorkeling for a while it's probably cheaper to just rent it on the island. but that's depending on what you're looking to buy. i know my mask and snorkel weren't cheap, at all, but you can get some cheaper ones than what i got, mine i got with scuba in mind... if you think you'll get use out of buying your own i'd tell you to buy your own, otherwise just go with what they've got there. they do clean their equipment and i've used it several times before and come away perfectly fine

that's not bad at all. i think the price i saw on the cruise line's website was 25... if you're looking to save a couple bucks it might be worth it. but then again if you're not going to get use out of it you might not want to have it sitting around somewhere...

I JUST LOOKED UP THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IN MY PASSPORTER, HERE'S WHAT IT SAYS:

"TYPICAL POOL HOURS ARE FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M. FOR MICKEY'S POOL AND 6:00 A.M. TO MIDNIGHT FOR THE OTHER TWO POOLS. GOOFY'S POOL CLOSES DURING DECK PARTIES AND OTHER EVENTS THAT USE THE EXTENDING DECK. MICKEY'S SLIDE IS ONLY OPEN WHEN THE POOL IS BUSY (USUALLY 9:00 A.M. TO 6:30 P.M.)"

I was under the weather all night thursday and all day/night friday 102.5 temp..sore throat etc.. All my kids had it earlier in the week,and I laid with them when they were not feeling well,so i am not surprised I got it too. My temp is gone, so hopefully i have six hours to come up with something.. I can't believe how many pages you guys added since i logged off....

I just found the boys' masks that we've had here. They're still in good shape so I'm going to bring those and cancel the snorkel rentals. I'd rather spend the rental money on something else since we have two perfectly good mask/snorkels. I am not going to bring fins. I doubt they'll be using them that much anyway.

yeah my fins aren't coming. just the mask and snorkel. fins are too big. that and they're diving fins so you have to wear these booties with them. unless i'm diving in nassau i'm not bringing them. and it doesn't look like i am. i'm pretty sure we're going to try to do that atlantis thing! i'm so excited!

hehe yeah the fraggle was fun. i tried to put this one up the other day but it was too big. so i had to have my sister fix it for me. i have mini so i post on mini board. and someone made it for me. i drive a mini, i like disney and i'm a buffett fan... hehe. now i just have to figure out how to turn the mini blue since i have a blue one now and not a yellow one... well i still have the yellow one, i need to sell her though
