Could someone please explain what the "spa drawing" is and what you do to participate?

They draw several times and give away different spa services. I won a free mens facial and shave on the Dream last time. You do have to be present for the drawing but you don't have to take a tour unless you want to.

I'm sitting in a meeting and reading Disboards. I can't get my mind into work and off of the cruise. The speaker is so boring and monotone.

LOL, it is already 10:25am and I have not done a bit of work. Just scanning Black Friday ads and reading Disboards too. I am looking for inspiration for making a few more door magnets for our stateroom door.

I can't wait to be on vacation!

I made magnets for our door. One is a stateroom number decoration, one is the LGM, and 4 have a character that represents us with our name. I'll try to find a picture.

Your FE is so cute and your door looks great!! I hope our FE will come in the mail soon (I am so excited that we got the second FE up and running and will be able to participate).

Our magnets include Disney license plates with our names, captain ears for the door circle, and a few other random things. I am going to Home Depot this weekend to pick up the Disney paint samples that have the mickey head stickers that others are saying can be easily turned into magnets. It took me forever to find the stick on magnet dots at the craft store, but I found them. Now I am into round two of magnet making with my kids - they are so determined! And so am I.... this will be so much fun and worth the extra bit of work and preparation.

PS - I wanted to let everyone know that the second FE is now closed and I have sent the out an email to the participants.

I bought our FE on eBay and had her stitch our family name on the top. She just emailed to me today to say she finished it and sent it to us in the mail. YAY!! My kids will be so happy we can participate in this now and have the FE to hang at our door. Now if I can just get those magnets done....

My daughter ordered our FE on Etsy. Beautiful pirate theme, but it reeked of cigarette smoke! My daughter is airing it out. My grandson can hardly wait. I keep telling him, as soon a Thanksgiving is over, we will be going!

I just had that thought earlier today....even went back to check the eBay posting to see if it said "from a non-smoking home". It didn't say anything, so I will just have to see what happens

Where about on the Promenade deck? I've never been on this ship. Is there a main staircase we are meeting?
