I wonder if when you check in you can give DCL a preloaded visa card for your kids. probably not because Disney wants you to rack up a bill, have your eyes bug out of your head when you get your statement, and yell at your kids. they are so evil.

They do let you do that, also I believe they let you go to guest services and put a certain amount of cash on the kids' card. You could have a daily budget and put in an amount each day too, but that would get old after a while. I say let them put the amount on themselves, then if they spend it all in one day--too bad!

When we were on the PC cruise - one of my friends was able to put two different credit cards down - so maybe have your kids use thier own card? Or if not, I would have them apply cash at guest services for thier charges.

Hi all, I've been lurking on this board for years but finally decided to join the forum and meet up on this cruise. This is our 4th Disney Cruise. My husband and I are bringing our 3 kids, ages 13, 11 and 8 and my mom, sister and my father-in-law.

My 8 year old has a pirate costume. We'll probably have one for my son too. I was thinking of dressing up, but the rest of my group probably won't, so I may end up not putting it together. I will at least have some fun pirate accessories

In one review I read about a zip lining excursion for PV. We're thinking of doing this one. For groups of 20 they'll pick you up right at the port. If anyone is interested, let me know. Maybe we can set something up together. We're a group of 9.

And our family of 5 is interested in doing this zip line tour but I can't pm you until my post count is 10.

My son's have been messaging on the Facebook kids page and really love it...thanks for that page, they are really getting excited!

I am interested in some lower cost excursion tours and am hesitant to book outside of Disney (being a newbie and all). If anyone has tours that they're doing and can help our group, that would be great! We currently have the Teen surfin safari in Cabo for DS13, but everything else is up in the air. We would really like to snorkel if possible..any ideas?

Also, as far as formal and semi-formal events...where do you find that info? thanks!
