If this is the first time cruising DCL then no until Jan 4th. What type of excursion are you looking for. I have a list of all the excursion that other cruise line offers. I have been on this route a min. of 15 times and have done alot of the excursions. We now just do our one thing most of the time, sometimes we will book one excusion in either PV or Matz. In PV Las Caletas is great, but it is an all day excursion. You get on a boat and it takes you across Banderes Bay to a place that belonged to John Houston. There you are served a faboulous buffet lunch and drinks. You can snorkel, boogie board, get a spa treatments, swim, play games etc. You can only get their by boat and it does not allow you to see any of PV. There is also Paradiase Resort Beach Tour that is about half of the day. Great for kids, there is a zoo there and not to far from the Dolphin Experience. We always get a cab from the pier and go to Mismaloya Beach, it where they filmed Night of the Inguana. We sit on the beach and let the water come up to our feet and enjoy a great breakfast. This is right next to the 5 star hotel Lo Jolla Mismaloya. We then hire a water taxi to take us down town to shop, and go to Pipi's for a late lunch before returning back to the ship. We pretty much eat our way thru Mexico. LOL. The cooking excursion in PV is fun too, but when traveling with kids it is not a good choice.

We have done 3 other Disney Cruises, all 7 night Western or Eastern Caribbean. I guess I'm just used to being able to go in and read all about the excursions right after booking the cruise and 'save' the ones we are interested in until we can actually book them. Not being able to at least see what will be available is a little strange to me. We like time to think about them and then log on right when allowed an book them, but I'll adapt

toescat - you will definitely have to post photos of the gowns after you make them, that is very impressive that you can do that! Before our other cruise I was searching all over to find formal dresses for my girls, it would've been nice if I could just make them, but I am soooo far from being able to do that. It's pathetic, but all of my sewing goes to my husband who is better at it than me, lol.

Without sounding too ignorant, what is the logo/magnets stuff all about? Do you make door signs? I am about as artistically/computer challenged as they come.

I'm gonna need a lot of help.

It is really simple. You buy letter size magnet paper, right click on the logo, select save. Save it where you can find it. I put all my disney stuff in My Documents/Disney32010. Then all you have to do is open the file, and print. I sleep, eat, drink, vacation compters as it is my profession and I am on call 24/7. If you need help you can alway PM me.

Please send me some pixie dust! I put in my time-off request at work today and was told that they are going to do it differently now and that I will know for sure in a few weeks. What worries me is that only 3 people can have the same time off. And because it's spring break for all of our kids, duplicate requests will be granted based on seniority and I am about 12th on the seniority pole. This is going to be a looooong 2 weeks.
