Names, ages and Sex of kids
Favorite characters for each person
Special things to note (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, first cruise, peanut allergy, no candy/gum, etc)

Also, I'm breaking the groups into 15 cabins so no one gets overextended or anything, so if you want to be in more than one group, just let me know.

It is a Secret Santa style mutual gift exchange between guests who want to participate.

Like crp7556 said, it's basically a gift exchange between cabins. If participating, you provide the ended information (cabin number, names, favorite colors and favorite characters of each person in the cabin, plus age and sex of kids), you're added to a group and you do a gift exchange with the other people in your group via the "fish extender" you'll have hanging outside your door.

I'd suggest googling fish extender and look on Etsy, too. If you want to sign up, do it before October 9.

Hi, we're new to DCL and would like to understand the rules or how to do the FE, and is it to late to be added to a group ?
