She's docked at Downtown Charleston. What a beautiful ship!! Her hull design really stands out from the other cruise ships we usually have here in port!!

That is a scream that they went to Charleston! We have to drive by Charleston to get to Port Canaveral.

This is the second time The Wonder has visited Charleton.

I too wish I had the day off....I'd drive up there myself.

I hope they're having better weather than we are here on HH...it's raining HARD right now......

I've looked online for a webcam in Charleston (can't stand the thought of her being so close and me not seeing at least a pic!) but can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas as to where to look? The only one I found was a night shot from yesterday

It's probably a good thing I don't have the day off....now that I think about it, I can't imagine seeing her and not BOARDING - how depressing that would be

aeryncrichton - the Wonder is unable to go to CC this week because of the damage done by Frances. So I think since this is a 4 day cruise they decided to give the cruises an additional port instead of an extra day at sea. I believe the Magic was supposed to make CC this Friday but have not heard anything for sure. If the Magic can make CC on Friday then I am sure your cruise will go off as scheduled.

given the track of hurrican Ivan on Saturday, it was predicted to be farther east. Would be my guess why the Wonder is in Charleston.

Oh my goodness!!! I live in Charleston (well, Goose Creek) and didn't even know she was docked here!!! We have a cruise booked next month. I just talked with my husband and he said he would be fuming if we went on the cruise and they brought us back home!! Ha Ha....I guess that would be a "stay on board" day for us!

I'm going to try and get some pictures today. Does anyone know what time they will be leaving?
