Disney Wonder Dec. 3rd 2014 Roll Call

We'd love to participate, but prefer the document to not have public access here on the DIS.

I don't do Facebook so if someone wants to take over fine by me. Just add us in and send a PM to me with a final list. Thanks:thumbsup2

Sorry to hear you don't facebook. We will let the group decide what they prefer to do. If we do go with facebook my wife said she would run it. If we say on Dis its all yours ( unless we can talk you into a facebook page) :)
What are everyones thoughts?

We will do either, but if here on DIS not put names or any info about the kids (other than how many of them). We've read others experiences and think that's best. FB page is private so that works too.

My DH, DD & I are currently booked on the 12/12 Disney Dream (3 night); however, that date may now conflict with his work schedule. The extra night of this cruise for a nominal price increase seems well worth it.

Has anyone from this thread been on both the Dream & Wonder? We have read some of the reviews for both, but we are still debating.

If we select this cruise, I'd love more info on the FE.:banana:

Thank you,
Daniel, Michelle & Ella

My family and I would like to participate in the fish exchange. I joined the group on facebook. Unsure of where its going to be organized? On here or on fb?

Hi everyone,

I just modified my 12/8 Disney Dream to this Wonder Cruise. Looking forward to it and hoe i dont have to modify again.

We will be sailing on this cruise!! This is our 3rd Disney cruise and we LOVE it. My husband, myself and 4 1/2 yo daughter will be cruising.
This is her second cruise. She was 1 1/2 when we took her on the Dream and she doesn't really remember. Hoping this will be a memorable trip for her.

We would be interested in joining!!!
Room 8100
Brian (who will be celebrating his 41st bday on 12/5, Amy (41) & daughter Brooke (4 1/2) No allergies.
Alcohol yes!! lol :cheer2:
This is our first cruise on the Wonder, I have requested to join the FB page, just waiting for approval.

I have never done the Fish Extender, I honestly just learned about it. Excited to try it :)

You will enjoy the FE and your daughter will LOVE it!!! Not sure what is going on with the FE. This is the first time I have ever seen such little communication on the cruise posts. Maybe you'll have more info on the FB. Let us know if you find anything as we don't have personal FB accounts.
Also, our son will be 4 1/2 at time of cruise so maybe thay will play in the kids club together.

I agree very little chater on Disboard or FB about the FE. The original FB organizer rescheduled his cruise and passed the baton to another willing cruiser.

There has been some chat, but the cruise I jumped ship from (12/12 Dream) has a ton of chatter going on! I stayed on the FB page for that cruise for tips and past cruiser knowledge.

Anyway, me (37 y/o, turning 38 in December), my DH (38) and DD (8) will be on the 12/3/14 Disney Wonder cruise. This is our first Disney cruise, and DD's first cruise all together. We are participating in the FE. Airfare has been booked for several months, along w/our hotels. We only need to reserve our rental car for before and after the cruise. We're going to Orlando after we deboard. I am counting down the days until we can book our excursions. We're low on the totem pole for reserving, since we are new to Disney. I did get a Disney visa back in January, right before booking the cruise. I've been using it for EVERYTHING to earn Disney rewards. We are up to $350 in reward dollars for onboard and Disney world purchases.Of course gratuities, will eat up $150 of that, and the rest will go quickly on excursions and onboard splurges. :cool1:

I still need to decide on FE gifts, but it will depend on how many people sign up. I also need the FE door hanger thingy. I've seen sooo many cute ones on FB! So excited to see the ship decorated for Christmas :) :santa:

We hope to meet lots of people onboard. Happy cruising! :hippie:

Hi all,

I have got my eye on this cruise but not even booked yet!
Waiting for a few oks from the Doctors. This would be our 2nd cruise as a family. I am also surprised there are so few posts on this meet. Is there more activity on FB?

Congrats on your 1st Disney Cruise! We took our first cruise Dec 2011 on the Dream and will probably never sail another cruise line. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise, our first on the Wonder.
Have you joined the Dec 3rd FB page? There's a little bit of talk about the FE on that. I've never done it before so trying to get more info on it. I would even help organize it (if I could get a little direction). I'd like to start getting my FE gifts started! I'm actually hoping for a small group, more $$$ to spend on each gift.
Its myself (41), my DH (I assume this means husband, who turns 41 on the cruise) and our DD (I assume daughter) who will be 4 1/2. :santa:

Welcome fellow cruisers! For all of you that would like to participate in the Fish Extender please sign up. I will volunteer to head this, but bare with me, I'm totally new at this whole thing. I will provide my email address in case you would like to contact me or send me your info.

Please include the following:
Your names
Ages (if you'd like)
Your stateroom number (if you already have it)
Any food allergies
Alcohol as a gift, yes or no

I would like to keep each grouping small, around 10-12 people. After I get eveyones info then I can start dividing us into groups.

*Please let me know how you would like me to contact you (email or text) so if there are any changes the day of, I can let you know.*

This event has also been created on Facebook for those of you who are on that. :cheer2:

Welcome Aboard!pirate:

Unfortunately we will not be joining you on this cruise.:sad2:
We will probably book one for December 2015.
I would still like to follow along-I would appreciate any weather tips/adventures/FE stories for next year!
