Disney Wishes Wedding!! Here we go!

Hello!! My name is Shannon and here is the begining of our wedding planning. My fiance's name is Nick and we have been dating for 5 years and have been engaged since October of 2009. We have an interesting story. We actually met in Disney when we were both on family vacations. Go figure! And we have been inseperable since. He followed me to Florida when that was where I decided to go to college and now we currently live in Florida. He proposed in Disney right at Illuminations! It was perfect!
So it just seems given that we will get married in Disney. I have contacted a wedding planner with Disney Wishes and have an appointment to meet with them on Aug. 13, so hopefully we can get the ball rolling and plan our wedding for September of 2011. We plan on having the ceremony at Sea Breeze Point and the reception at Living Seas, then hopefully a after reception cocktail hour during illuminations at the UK Lockside.
If anyone has ANY info please let me know! lol I have seen that the SBP has a rental fee of $2000. Does anyone know if that includes anything? Like floral, music, seating? Any and All info is greatly appreciated! And will keep everyone posted during this wonderful journey!

Illuminations is my fiance's favorite show, I can only imagine how amazing the proposal must have been! We got engaged at Disney too during the half marathon in 2010. Planning a Disney Wedding is so much fun! And they are so above and beyond helpful in getting everything you need and working with whatever budget you may have!

I have two friends (former CM's) who got married at Sea Breeze Point and one who had her reception at the Living Seas. They both were beautiful. With Living Seas the only thing is that you don't really have a ton of space to utilize for a dance floor but don't get me wrong its still gorgeous!

Thank you so much for writing back!! It was very helpfull! Now I have more questions... lol ....at the LSS, how is the food served? I have seen people do a buffet style then a table service? Or do I get to choose.
I also went to target today and found these really cute Thank You cards!! A count of 50 for only 13 bucks!! I love them! I will post a pic as soon as I can. But they have orchids on them, but not too busy and I got one in a orange-ish color and a nice deep purple which are the colors im going for. which is perfect!! I still haven't picked my exact colors yet but they will do!

You can choose from either as long as you meet the venue's F&B minimum..PM me your email address and I can send you the menu's and bar prices...if you want to keep your wedding on a budget, you have have a reception starting prior to 2:00pm any day of the week for $10K minimum (it would be either breakfast, brunch or lunch), which is what we are doing. You can head to the last page on my planning journal to see our BEO from Disney.

okay so here are some of my ideas! Let me know what you think!

So for my flowers I would do a little bit of the greenery like the first picture and keep a mixture of the burnt orange and the plum/purple. now for my girls i would go with the one with just the few flowers of the burnt orange and have my maid of honor have a either a mixture or have her wear an orangy dress with the purple/plum flowers... idk i really like the girls on the wall all in the purple dresses and the orange shoes!! i love it!...... i'm still thinking but i def. think that these are my colors and the mainly what i want!!! finally!!!
