It was in the Disney Parks Blog post introducting the video. If you found the video from somewhere else, it might not have included the accompanying text.

I think we got a more interesting look at the initial designs of the ship. For instance, there seems to be an additional concierge deck added to the bow. In addition, there is no bumpout rooms up there anymore. The rear of the ship also seems to have extra height. The two mid bumpouts we already knew about. It also seems like the 4e rooms have gone away. Obviously this shouldn't be taken as more than an observation, but interesting all the same. Just as we don't see an aqua duck or dunk, it doesn't mean there won't be something.
