Happy Boxing day!!

Was on the Disney Wish November 4th -8th (2024)
It as my first cruise and we had Kayann (spelling?) as our server. She was wonderful, and made us feel very special for out first cruise. I asked her about her rotation and if shed be on the wish for a while, I know they move from ship to ship when new ships join the fleet. She told me I could reach out to her to see when her working time on the Wish would be, but it was very loud and noisy the last night when we spoke about this, and I didnt hear how she told me to reach out to her.
All I have is her name, and that she is from Barbados, does anyone know her schedule? I'd like to request her again. I could pick any departing date spring, so it might be a determining factor for me!

Absolutely this.

Over on Cruise Critic there was a poster who used to regularly publish crew member scheduled for Celebrity (and maybe Royal) and he is now banned from cruising any line in the Royal Caribbean family.

OP, the best you can do is request her when you sail on the Wish since you didn't get in writing how to reach out to her.
